Rather than the previous minimum 6 legally required paid-vacation days off work for Mexican workers, it’s now 12 “continuous”** total paid-vacation days off work for all employees in 2023.

**Notice that if both the worker & employer agree, the 12 days of vacation do not have
Vacaciones dignas 2023:
The regularly scheduled Aguinaldo payments still remain the same.

I presume this is for full time workers?
It applies to ALL workers .. part time … domestic workers (like regularly-scheduled cleaners).
You owe them double pay, if they work any of those days.
